Nestled on the idyllic island of Tinos, Greece, Carilia has been renovated into a luxurious 240-square-meter, two-floor residence, that balances historic architectural character of the insland with the natural beauty of its surroundings. This home seamlessly integrates traditional elements with modern, sculptural accents, creating a unique oasis that pays homage to the island’s rich heritage.

Comprising four spacious bedrooms, Carilia is strategically oriented with expansive windows that frame the beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The landscape is designed to enhance the estate’s natural setting, in a way that renders the stunning vistas, an integral part of the living experience and fosters a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are meticulously laid out, promoting fluid movement between interiors and the outdoor living space. These areas effortlessly transition toward the poolside, where the horizon meets majestic cliffs and the sparkling sea. Abundant natural light floods these communal spaces, imbuing them with warmth and a welcoming ambiance.
